Dear god no. I’ll never do anything positive for those awful “____ movie” movies. This includes their offspring such as Meet the Spartans and Vampires Suck.
The other films are good awful but I did like Meet the Spartans for the most part. 🙂

I loved Scary Movie 1. I thought 2 just tried too hard to be over the top and it didn’t work. 3 had its moments I will admit (the aliens had me laughing my ass off) but it was clear the series was going down quickly. After that, all the spoof movies just seemed to follow the same formula. Most of the references either didn’t make sense or flat out weren’t funny. Like in Date movie they had a guy who looked like Napolean Dynomite wearing a “Don’t vote for Pedro” shirt. Really?

Thank (insert deity here) that it wasn’t Disaster Movie. I was hoping against hope that not even you could find any redeeming qualities in a Freidberg/Seltzer movie. Whew!
