I saw Machete Kills the day after it opened, and it just didn’t sit right with me. I didn’t hate it, but most of it felt like padding for the sake f it being a two part movie, unlike something like Back to the Future 2. That said, I would see a third in a heartbeat, but I would much rather see Don’t, Werewolf Women, or Thanksgiving.
Just watched Night of the Creeps the other day. Solid flick.

I saw Machete Kills in the theater and laughed my ass off, although about half the audience was silent so I knew this wasn’t going to work for everyone. I also want part 3, it needs to happen. Last I heard Thanksgiving was being seriously considered.
As much as I dislike modern anime (Im kinda stuck in the 80s..Wicked City, Golgo 13, Vampire Hunter D, etc), I think ill check out the one you mentioned.

Hated Machete but LOOOVED Machete Kills, it lived up to the promise from the Grindhouse trailer for the first one, really fun movie. Too bad Machete In Space isn’t happening (unless it goes straight to dvd).

Its silly but does have its serious moments. Its a little formulaic at times but it was so charming I gave it a pass.

I think Rodriguez has enough money and friends that bankrolling Machete in Space could happen. I really hope it does, it looked wonderful.
