The Thing wasn’t a remake it was a prequel. I actually really enjoyed it. I would have loved for them to keep the original practical effects they shot but it still ended up being rather good.

i have too disagre over the day that earth stood still it was very good and not terrybul the 2010 remake of the thing was good aweful
