Great episode, Cecil, and well worth the wait!
This one just looks completely bonkers. I mean, wow. I’ve seen some goofy ass flicks before, but this is probably one of the most ridiculous. And it looks like a lot of fun. I can only assume the susceptibility to bananas was because someone was drunk and watched Attack of the Killer Tomatoes. Guess they couldn’t get the rights to Puberty Love.
Thanks! Whenever I have footage issues it always takes the wind out of my sails because I know that the already long hours of editing are going to be even longer. Compression issues are always a nightmare. Even when I pull the footage uncompressed, sometimes the studio compressed it weird and there are major issues. I usually can take the footage and rerender but often that makes everything go out of sync and…basically what I am saying is is creates more work. lol
Its all done and I’m glad to have it out. The movie is loads of laughs.
Great review as always. I def need to check this one out, up to eleven on the crazy meter. I wish now that my parents had taken me to go see the horror Jack Frost instead of that crappy family Jack Frost like they had all those years ago. Nothing against Michael Keaton, tho.
Thanks! Keaton is great, I just wish he would get a better agent. I’m so depressed to see him in the new Robocop because it is his first big budget film in ages but of all the things to do.
Cooney’s father is legendary British farce writer Ray Cooney. His play Run For Your Wife ran for nine years on the West End in London being West End’s longest running comedy. He also has done films such as the Tigon-made Not Now, Darling and ThereGoes the Bride from the director of Hawk the Slayer.

Actually, Keaton was in the comedy “The Other Guys” with Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg a while back.
Have faith, Cecil. From all the trailers, it doesnt look half bad. And if it has Keaton in it, it just might be the push it needs to be great.
