Being the G.I. Joe nerd I am, a correction: Blind Master did appear in the comics, and was a rather important character. Jinx was not only dressed in the red ninja outfit in the animated movie, but that was also her main outfit for pretty much all of Marvel’s run. For her black and yellow costume in the movie, I suspect it may also be inspired by a recent G.I. Joe character named Helix.
