This week a little something different. Just a few clips from some classic B movies that I think are pretty hilarious. Enjoy.

I’d ask for context (especially on that Killing of Satan one), but it’s somehow better with no context!
I’m reviewing that one at some point so you’ll get more info then…although in this case it doesn’t help much the movie is bananas even with context!
I liked Kurt Angle dressed up as Buffo the Clown as better use of a clown. 🙂

Best death scene
Steven Seagal force push in Belly of the Beast and explosion in The Foreigner.

Well, I am doing more of these and there will most likely be more “best deaths” and so forth. The movies I’m taking these from are silly so I’m not really taking the “best” thing to seriously on my end either.
blockbuster buster or erod as hi sometimes cald is a guy hoo review and bust bad movies here are some eksambles of the movies hi already has busted
1.snakes on a plane
2.the smurf movie
3.atlantis the lost empire
4.shrek 1 to 3
5.haunted mansion
6.scoopy doo the movie 1 and 2
7.the 2 ghost rider movies
Sorry if I offend you. But is The Smurfs really that good of a movie where it is a crime to bust it? Same with Shrek 3, Haunted Mansion, and the two Scooby-Doo movies (despite the awesomeness that is James Gunn).
I don’t blame Gunn for Scooby Doo. It was a means to an end. He was able to get a lot of money and after paying his dues was able to start making the movies he really wanted to make. Sometimes, you have to do something you don’t want to do in order to get to where you want to be. Robert Rodriguez made Spy Kids 3 so he could make Once Upon a Time in Mexico.
I wasn’t even blaming Gunn. He’s great, and by far the best thing that those movies had to offer.
Rodriguez (a great filmmaker) better have done:
Sharkboy and Lavagirl for Sin City/Grindhouse.
Shorts for Machete.
Spy Kids 4 for Machete Kills/Sin City 2.
The first two Spy Kids films I’ll give a pass to, as they’re not terrible. Also, they’re in continuity with Machete… and that’s never a bad thing. And possibly Kill Bill too.
Actually, I think Sharkboy and Lavagirl was a project he wanted to do. I seem to recall hearing that it was a story one of his kids made up or something.
yep, Sharkboy and Lavagirl was an idea his son had and he did it as something special for his son.
Funny thing, Sharkboy is Taylor Lautner, who grew up to be Jacob in the Twilight movies.
Oh man, this was an excellent follow up to Watch Mojo’s “Top 10 Hilarious Deaths”. I could easily get used to this kind of grab bag collection of odd clips, maybe with some kind of related theme.
With that squeaky voice, I though that was Shelly Duvall as the Deathstalker 2 actress for a minute.
An exploding clown seems like something you’d encounter in a Roger Moore era spy movie. Perhaps “Live Wire” took place shortly after James Bond regenerated into his Pierce Bronson body.
There will be more I’ll just space them out.
Live Wire is one of those movies that could have been a Bond film with some tweaking. I think it is one of the films that continued to keep Brosnan on their radar until they finally were able to cast him.
Dude, that plunger scene award should have gone to Phantom of the Paradise.
I may have to have another Best Plunger scene then
holy crap, I have to watch Live Wire now!
It’s actually a really good movie. That part is just wonderfully silly but it works in the context of the film.
the point is that batman the movie does not derserve too bee busted
So… Cecil should what? Call the Internet Movie Critic Police?
